We ship throughout Italy by express courier (the smaller islands, Venice Lagoon and other disadvantaged locations have a higher cost and a personalized quote must be requested).
Even if you buy more items, the transport costs remain unchanged at 9 euros for Italy.
We recommend that you add your mobile phone number to write it on the shipping note in order to facilitate delivery by the courier. You can still follow the shipment through the tracking number that we will communicate as soon as the shipper takes charge of the delivery directly on the courier's websites. In case of payment by PayPal the goods will be shipped exclusively to the address visible on the payment for buyer / seller protection and it will be your responsibility to change it before completing the purchase, if you wish to receive delivery to another place (eg place of work). In case of shipment with an incorrect address due to your mistake, you will be responsible for the payment of a subsequent return.
The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected. However, we always advise you to check the external appearance of the package and if damage, dents or openings are found to the goods, accept the packages with reserve so that you can make recourse to the carrier.
As per the civil code, the goods travel at the buyer's risk if you do not choose insured delivery and in the event of shortages and damages, we are not responsible once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier. If you want to insure the shipment, you can choose it at checkout, with an increased cost of a few euros
Pre-orders
Listings that have the words "pre-order" in the title and/or description indicate a product that is not immediately available for shipment. In this way you will have the opportunity to reserve the copy of your favorite products announced by the respective manufacturers at fixed and often discounted prices, without having the risk of running out of them or paying them more than necessary due to the price increase based on the scarcity of the same. Release dates are presumed and indicative, they may be subject to change due to delivery delays by the manufacturer or importer, customs clearance or other reasons beyond our control. Pre-order products can be reserved by paying in full at the time of order directly through the checkout on the site, or it is possible to block the product and price with a deposit of about 20%, with the payment method you prefer. In case of non-payment and no contact within 5 days we will cancel the order. The balance must be paid when the product is available for shipment, or in any case no later than 10 days after. In case of cancellation at this point the deposit will be retained.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the product release or significant quantity cuts, where it is not possible to guarantee the number of pre-ordered copies, we will refund you the full amount paid.

Extremely practical, safe and fast, payments are made only online and are as immediate as the Postepay top-up. You need to create an account on the Paypal.it site, just follow the instructions that will be given to you step by step. After the purchase you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site and you can make the payment.
IMPORTANT: FROM THE NEW UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE PAYPAL TERMS OF USE IN FORCE FROM MARCH 5, 2020, PAYPAL FEES WILL NO LONGER BE CREDITED BACK TO THE SELLER IN CASE OF REFUNDS (PARTIAL OR TOTAL), SO WE ARE OBLIGED, NOT BY OUR CHOICE, TO WITHHOLD THIS AMOUNT (NORMALLY 3.4% OF THE TOTAL EXCEPT FOR RATE CHANGES BY PAYPAL) IN CASE OF REFUNDS NOT DUE TO OUR WORK, ON TRANSACTIONS WITH PayPal PAYMENTS.
EXAMPLES OF REFUNDS IN WHICH PayPal FEES WILL BE WITHHELD: IF AFTER PAYING YOU REALIZE THAT THE ADDRESS IS WRONG AND MUST BE CHANGED, THE TRANSACTION WILL NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE REFUNDED, OR YOU BUY A PRODUCT IN PRE-ORDER WITHOUT READING THAT THE DELIVERY DATE IS FAR AWAY.
EXAMPLE IN WHICH THE TRANSACTION WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED INCLUDING FEES: YOU ORDER AN OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM OR PRE-ORDER THAT WE MISTAKENLY LEFT TO ORDER.
THIS REFUND PROCEDURE ALSO APPLIES TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THAT ARE ALWAYS MANAGED THROUGH THE PayPal PLATFORM.

CREDIT CARD
Accepted the most popular on the web, you can make the payment directly with your card by choosing the payment with PayPal and going to the "Checkout" and then, on the PayPal payment page selecting "Don't have a PayPal account?". You will be able to enter all the necessary data and complete the transaction directly on the site.
POSTEPAY
Postepay top-up, easy, fast and cheap, a transaction costs only 1 euro from the post office or directly online if you are a Postepay card holder, and 2 euros from an authorized tobacconist. After the purchase you will receive an email with the necessary information for payment.
BANK TRANSFER
By selecting this method you will receive the necessary payment information, immediately after the purchase of the products. In the reason for the transfer, enter the order number.
Return Information
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, regarding distance selling, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
The communication must be addressed within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, to the email address info@japanpassion.it. The goods must be returned NEW, SEALED (obviously in case of sale of new items) AND WELL PACKAGED TO AVOID TRANSPORT DAMAGE at the customer's expense within 10 working days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. Once the integrity of the goods has been ascertained, the full amount paid will be refunded. Returns are not accepted for damage attributable to transport, as the objects will always travel with excellent packaging, for any damage by the courier the optional insurance is available with a small surcharge of 3 euros, in case of damaged external box it is always advisable to accept the package "with reserve".
